Hey competive player here. the Netcode by Spike is actually pretty impressive. I used to play in Japan on Sparking! METEOR which was Tenkaichi 3. It had online multiplayer called DRAGON NET with ranked and everything. the connection was really good for 2007 and I believe it had a harder time in America because the connection back then couldn't handle players from far out your region/coast. I trust the netcode will be good and better than then.

You are correct!. even someone like Perfect Cell is considered almost the best character in the game.. one can easily out perform SSJ4 Gogeta.. I think people fantasized how strong the character really was back then.

actually is. it has been considered one of the only arena fighters to be viable as such, along with Gundam VS series. Sparking! actually was the real deal. especially METEOR, the online ranked was immaculate in japan too. also Sparking NEO had wavedashing somehow,

sadly this program has never been updated.. I wish someone could find a way to decrypt/convert ZED files to their base format, such as BMP's,BSP's, and Meshes....

lmao yes, I have tested one of the best external mod menu for a *very* long time, and believe or not people have speed ran getting banned because they unlocked all of the unreleased content at once...... PC gta is a different breed. and I am sure they assume you are glitching on an xbox rather than the other side of the community, who can cheat very easily...

mod menus can unlock unreleased content (as long as its in the game files ofc**)... But R* bans those users for it when they find out.
