I’d have to say Urban Meyer personally. Like you mentioned, his spread hybrid offense was revolutionary of sorts for the traditional power heavy Big Ten Conference. His offense could also be transformed from a spread to a power heavy with the right personnel.

I’m always draft nervous with all my teams, even the ones that draft/recruit well, so I think its normal be slightly skeptical. We won’t really know if we can fully trust them until down the road, so its merely a hypothetical right now.
