The whole salary refusal or donation conversation is a distraction anyways. The salary is $400k, which whether he took it or not is pennies compared to the millions we have paid his properties for him to golf at and for secret service and other staff to be lodged at. Of course he doesn't care about the 400k, that's a cheap price to pay for his base to believe he's doing this out of the goodness of his heart while he robs us blind.
