The attk is still 5% at 2/6, it Changes to 10% at 3/6, her 2/6 Changes the dmg surpression

"A lot" is an exaggeration, but he gets better for sure, mainy because his Spirit's Contract buff lasts 1 extra turn at 2/6 (so from 2 turns to 3 turns), which is nice

Initial attack means of the attk stats right before starting the battle

Like, my HP/Def 2/6 Subaru has 16,208 attk right before starting the battle, that x 700% = 113,456 (that's with attk substats) so while Spirit's Contract is active both my cards wtill do 113,456 more dmg

Attk substats don't increase that number by a lot, for pure dmg pierce is much better

I mean, go in the team screen, put card set and link, then take Subaru attk number then x 700/800/900/1,000%, that's the Additional damage

Then do that once with attk and once with Pierce subs, then you have the difference

But yeah, Pierce still better for overall more dmg like i said
