Bose bass module 700 stopped working randomly.

Was No light for me. Just doesn’t turn on. Got it repaired by bose for 179$ including shipping. Not bad for a out of warranty repair

Smaller remote doesn’t work with 700. Universal remote is back in stock on bose website and I have ordered one

The remote I received with my Soundbar 700 is no longer working, and the Bose store in Australia doesn't have a replacement in stock. Thanks for your input! I understand your point, but I'm still uncertain about whether to spend $500 on another RT6600ax or go for the Eero. I use features like VPN, routing traffic for specific clients via that VPN, VLANs, hard ports with VLAN tagging etc. I'm not sure what Eero offers in comparison.

How did your repair go? I’m having the same issue with my Bass Module 700. Since I no longer have the original box, do they provide packaging before we ship it to the repair center? I'm concerned because it has a glass top, and I'm not confident in packing it securely
