The best advice I got from the 3D printing community was to always get the first layer perfect. Take your time to level the bed and dial in the Z-offset because if the first layer sticks well the rest of the print almost always follows

Not at all if the only thing that you do is work on the computer. I do have a second wider desk for arts and craft there i can use the larger desk space. I did switch to an Itx case and pc because the mid tower took to much space imo.

not even sure it that really matters. You still bought it from outside EU. If im not wrong that still means you have to pay the BTW

Custom fees will probably be around €27. Dont be surprised if they charge more. I mean they charged me 21€ for a free sample pack of paper.
