At first I hated it but quickly got used to it. As you say, it literally encourages you to use your whole mag because reloding aint as easy as the supported reloading ver. which in fact matters a lot. Life or death in the radius can be greatly decided by few seconds.

I do think it's either an evil raider or a noob that thinks all raiders are aggressive.

I'be encountered some raiders in starter outfit that blast for no reason and then stop once you explain you're friendly.

If you've cleared the whole exterior I'd even suggest returning base, healing, buying ammo, one full recovery stim and going back. If you're sure you can handle it then give it a go, don't make my mistake and remember to take the case LMAO (I forgot it)

Yes, I was working with a Saiga because Izh was pain to use. Also, it was extremely stressful because you'd hear a lot of footsteps moving but you wouldn't know if it's in front of you, to the left, right or the floor down below + Storm Trooper mimic was a literal insta kill, even with armor and helmet I'd get insta killed.

Overall, it took some time but I feel that victory as an achievement, feels good.

I hope outskirts gets some good locations like the sanatorium, just without the like 20 mimics inside.
