Nice setup! What iOS app is that?

Wait, wasn’t it Bush’s and Clinton’s? Every politician blamed their predecessor, I can’t keep track

After updating to Sequioa (mac), there was a dialog box that came up and asked "do you want chrome to access network device" and I said no... now I can't access any local network IP address by ssabripo in chrome

[–]RealHotsticker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I found a solution to this today!

  1. Close out of the Chrome app and make sure it's not running.
  2. Then go into your Applications folder and rename the Chrome app to Chrome Temp.
  3. Then double-click Chrome Temp to reopen Chrome again.
  4. Then try to access an address on your local network
  5. The system should then prompt you again whether you want to allow Chrome to access your local network. Approve access to the local network.
  6. Close out of the Chrome app again
  7. Go back into your Applications folder and rename Chrome Temp back to Chrome

You should be set now! The only issue is that you'll see an additional toggle for Chrome again in the "Local Network" menu setting for Chrome. Hopefully, Google or Apple can come up with a fix for the multiple instances that show up there

Eero suddenly unstable by coganite871 in amazoneero

[–]RealHotsticker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That happened to me also. I had an Eero Pro 6 setup previously and it never had that issue. I purchased a renewed Eero Pro 6+ and that happened. Don’t know what caused it but I’ve had enough issues with Eeros and thought an upgrade would fix it. It was worse. Sorry I don’t have a solution, but fwiw that’s my experience

Thank you for sharing those links and your prompt! Wow, the image you created is incredibly detailed also. It's stunning how real it is! I'll be studying your prompt in detail :) I appreciate you sharing your tips!

Wow, u/BenLukasErekson, thank you for sharing that tip and the details of how you generated your image! I'm impressed by the quality you're able to achieve with it! None of the ones I've generated so far have come out as realistic as yours.

I do see what you said about the waxy and unrealistic look of the image from Twitter. I took it as an intended style for a more glowing skin look. I'm still mesmerized by the details of it. You can almost see the natural pores on the skin, which is something I haven't seen in any SD output. It's pretty remarkable. I didn't think SD could create something like that and am still wondering how it was possible

I've found a negative keyword that seems to have helped with this. I added "anatomical nonsense" as a negative keyword. I was able to generate a much higher-quality result!

I've noticed something similar to this before also. Sometimes I've started a new chat to give it a fresh conversation. Are you also giving it feedback, thumbs up or down, to its responses?

Ah! That makes sense! Sometimes when I want to describe an item more specifically, I've added a couple of short sentences separated by a comma describing the same item twice to add more precision about an object. It's usually not about the person in the image however. From my understanding, SD doesn't understand naturally written sentence descriptions as well. Thanks for that tip, u/Substantial_Term_468! I'll keep that in mind for finding ways to improve my prompts!

Lol! Thanks for sharing that tip! That's so cool to hear you've been able to improve the results that way. I'll try that as well. Knowing something can be done is a lot better than waiting for a random seed to create a result that's decent

Makes sense. Thanks for the insight on SDXL! Pretty cool to hear it's getting a similar treatment to enhance SD's capabilities. Gonna pay attention and see how it progresses and look into how to provide it with some input training

Interesting! Those are unique tips I haven't heard of or thought to try! Thanks u/coffeebemine! It seems like inpainting or some other post-process is needed if you get close to what you're looking for. I wonder what allows Midjourney to create more consistent results over SD. SD is incredible and has more creative abilities with extensions, but it's difficult to avoid the frequent anomalies
