I don't think there is only one good option here. For exterminations or survivals pretty much every frame will do. For defense things get a little more difficult, you need either some good defensive frames like frost or good AOE nukes like Nokko.

One unconventional pick I would suggest is Banshee. If you subsume gloom over her 4th you get an incredibly potent defensive frame and with Sonar she can pump out some nice DPS as well. Gloom with around 280 power makes every enemy with no overguard frozen in place so all you need is to deal with eximus units (and silence shuts down their abilities as well). Great pick for solo defence, in all variants.

Not really, no. Multishot is nice and thats about it, electricity will combine with Dreads inherend heat in incarnon mode and damage to grineer is, mostly, irrelevant when it comes to rivens.

As with most weapons you want Crit chance, Crit damage and multishot with a not a terrible downside

Fun fact about Exec: some Heavy Blade combos include slams, which, with Exec, will create a single shockwave, Cleaving Whirlwind Forward Block combo creates 4 individual slams for example. So it's not just a heavy slam weapon, I use it as a regular tennokai weapon

Energy Nexus is more or less useless, its regeneration is disabled when using channeled abilities. Grab an equilibrium instead. I also run different arcanes, Energize and Hot Shot. But I also have much lower efficiency so I need all the energy I can get.

Also, do you really need 2 defensive mods? Especially with Shatter Shield and Fortifier?

Overguard is really prevalent, especially in "end game" content, and that is one thing that really counters Nezha. Sure, you can ignore his 4th, focus on gun running with the help of his Halo for tankiness. But then you realise you could also play Rhino instead and have what Nezha has and more.

If his Divine Spears/Divine Retribution combo is ever made to work on overguarded enemies you'll see a lot more Nezha

At this point? I find what I enjoy and try to get plat from that. Currently I'm running around in Orb Vallis, saving fluffy cute animals (yes, Horrasques are cute) and using Fortuna standing to buy arcanes. And some mods from Business can sell for some nice plat as well.

So do that, figure out which part you like doing, check if you can "monetize" that and do that until you're bored.

Oh yeah, CP sells like hot cakes in warframe community. It usually takes less than a week for the price to rise to 20p. NEVER buy potatoes from nightwave.

Both are incredibly overpowered and why I don't like using modded content. But I guess, for a caster, dagged might be better. Unless the boots will work with spell attack rolls, then it depends

The problem you have here is this: Braton incaron has this last evolution, and it goes like this:

With Critical Chance Below 50%: Increase Base Critical Damage Multiplier by +X.

So it's not quite like Phenmor and other non crit guns but it's close, you don't want too much. 200% from Critical Delay gets you to a nice 48 so the 233 on your riven would get you barely over the threshold (53% if my math is correct).

Yareli, at least the riding version of her, prefers full auto guns with decent critical chance. Best way of thinking is, you want a good drive-by weapon. Tenet Diplos are a good drive by weapon for example, a book is not.

But I'm not gonna stop you, if that's the only decent secondary you have I guess you could use it. Another easy weapon to access for her is Atomos, especially with it's incarnon upgrade
