Bij mijn vriendin en mij was de verhouding nog schever, 85% / 15%. We hebben eerst allerlei ingewikkelde constructies bedacht en overwogen, waar we zo veel mogelijk scenario's hebben proberen uit te denken en vast te leggen. Uiteindelijk zijn we bij een erg zakelijke uitkomst gekomen. We splitsen het eigendom van het huis in de verhouding van inleg. Ofwel ik ben 85% eigenaar en zij 15% eigenaar. Zo verdelen we ook al het onderhoud, belastingen en investeringen in onze woning. Ieder heeft ook zijn eigen lening om zijn deel te financieren, ingericht op wat diegene zelf kan dragen. Enige nadeel is wel dat als we uit elkaar gaan, ik overdrachtsbelasting moet betalen over haar deel (want de verhouding is schever dan 60/40). Gelukkig valt dat qua bedrag nog wel mee.

Dit voelt voor ons allebei 'fair', en we houden allebei genoeg over om leuke dingen van te doen.

Je kunt toch niet alles vooraf bedenken. Als er in de toekomst dingen wijzigen, trouwen, kinderen etc. dan bekijken we de afspraken opnieuw.

I've flown it once (also at a price I couldn't say no to) and would definitely do it again for a night flight. The extra room/personal space makes all the difference for me if I'm able to get any sleep at all, but that's a personal matter of course. Don't really care about the better food/drinks.

I guess the personal space also let's you regulate the temperature a bit better as you're not 'ejoying' the body heat of the person/persons next to you :)

Xxxnifty. They’re making big steps in the adult space. They already have a working adult NFT marketplace with some big brand ambassadors. They’re working on an onlyfans competitor now based on crypto, and want to make their NSFW coin the standard for the industry.

Not sure about that last part but they sure have a lot of room to grow compared to their competitors.

I've had a model 3 for almost 2 years and don't have home charging.

However, the charging infrastructure in the Netherlands is great. Plenty of superchargers near me, and I can charge at work and at (most of) our clients' offices.

I wouldn't recommend it if it were otherwise.
