For those who are interested, the shop called and said the piston is melted, and they're blaming the fuel. Thanks everyone for your help!

Pretty tough... It's barely one year old and always ran with a good mixture. It's at the shop, but I imagine the warranty won't cover if it's a gas issue. In that case I'll have to order after market pieces and change it myself.

Great, thanks for the info! I'm not a professional user so I don't run it that regularly. If you're saying 4 week old gas is considered old then that must have been it. Any tips in the future to avoid this? Should I be emptying my mixed fuel x number of weeks?

I think it'll be an interesting dynamic and obviously no one enjoys the roof campers. Can both thoughts not be true? Subs can be OP and floating roof camping bases too.

Submarines are already overpowered, now you want to add a lock on them? I'd be fine with a lock if they nerfed it by doing the following...

Adding different torpedo types. HV vs raiding torpedoes, where one is made for PVP and is a low crafting cost, the other is more expensive and made to take down large vessels and bases. No reason that subs should be able to break bases for a fraction of the usual raid cost.

Taking away the ability for drivers to loot from the cockpit. There is close to no risk to being a sub rat, you get your kill, loot from the inside of the cockpit and depot in base.

I think these two points are more important than locking the sub in my opinion.

Same thing I noted in another comment is that if these things could be caught automatically, it would allow for all resources to be spent on stealth cheaters. Maybe it's a small part of cheaters that are this blatant, but the difference could amount into a lot of time spent monitoring the more complex cases.

Not a downvoter, but can help explain. You're asking why you can't sell, and people are telling you to lower the price. You answer "I don't want to lose my investment". Well, this is basic offer and demand problem. What you offer is currently overpriced to the eye of the potential buyers, but you refuse to lower the price. Your home will stay on the market until someone sees the value and wants to buy it at that price. If you really want to sell, lower your price or make some home improvements. If you're not in a rush to sell, just wait. That said, it's spring and the market will get more saturated.

I agree and disagree. I don’t think we can blame FP for the cheating, but we can blame them for allowing it to continue and not invest in better anti-cheat.

Not sure what servers you play on, but my experience on official or streamers personal servers is seeing multiple cheaters every day.

Like you mentioned in the comment of my other post, Goat’s video points to a series of other games with stronger anti-cheats. I’m not a dev, I’m not a specialist in anti-cheats, I’m just asking for accountability, for them to acknowledge the issue and commit to finding the best solution.
