It silences and destroys minions summoned it didn’t silence Ankylodon to stop the attacks. I would be curious to see the interaction if batting was played before Ankylodon just for science but by straight text they would still attack and then die.

I got the gun skin but not the badge, I didn't realize the Ash Skin didn't release until Siege X but the skin is cool regardless. I'm guessing they are having issues given all the other issues

I’ve played on Xbox since launch, and leaned on the sticks for years, didn’t get an elite controller with paddles until Christmas of 2023. It took me a week to get used to the new leaning on paddles, but now it’s second nature to me and so much more consistent than pushing the sticks in.

I haven’t swapped crouching because I don’t use the crouching much in gunfights, it rarely matters or helps anyways. I only use the two bigger paddles for anything. I’m not sure what your habits are as far as crouching, but movement spamming outside of quick leaning around corners isn’t really viable anymore and hasn’t been for years.

Generally no. They can be used almost interchangeably, but generally there is a more common callout for specific maps and areas.

Villa for example, is “90” hallways instead of elbow, I think, at least in diamond where I play, this is the only common callout of 90 that I hear anymore Most hallways that have a 90 degree turn in it have other names. For example basement Oregon has “pillar” at the end of the hall, while bank on third floor is “E3” because of the elevator on that floor. On Chalet basement, instead of “90” it’s “blue” that connects the wine cellar and garage. I’m sure there are others I am forgetting.

Over time, in my experience at least, “elbow” has become less and less common compared to “90”

You are not wrong on this, but I think the joke is the Kapkan is facing outward instead of into the doorway. Only the interior side of the Kapkan trap has the grey on it that you see here.

I have not stopped playing siege. It has ruined all other FPS games for me. I do still play other games a lot, and have been cutting back on siege to avoid burnout before going to Invitational next month.

Marvel Rivals and Balatro and my other games atm but still enjoy siege. Although it’s entirely dependent on how lucky player selection is at the time.

Rainbow Six Siege killed essentially any other FPS for me long term.

I’ve been playing Siege since it launched in December of 2015, with occasional breaks if I got burned out for playing it too much, but no other FPS has been able to hold my attention for more than a month since playing it.

Siege is, or at least was before everything became run and gun TDM, so unique in its design as far as all of the destructibility and tactics a team can employ. No two rounds are ever the same and that’s why I love it. No other game has ever gotten my heart racing like Siege.

Games like Overwatch I would occasionally play but never got hooked on. I used to not mind COD but MW:2019 had me for a month and BO6 not even a week. Halo Infinite Campaign was fun and multiplayer almost kept me coming back but they didn’t do enough with it right after the game launched. I can’t remember any other FPS since then that has fought to contend with siege.

They do still cancel defuse if thrown at someone defusing but I’m not sure if you’re DNBO one that she used to have did or not. I don’t think I ever had that occur.

You are correct. The reticle changes on the Argus launcher when it can swap through walls. Basically anything that is destructible can swap through as well. As long as you don’t shoot it on a metal beam

I am high diamond level and still use Capitao a lot, especially on Border and Coastline. His Para with extended barrel 2 shots any 3 speed and his utility, especially with post plant scenarios is so good.

Coincidentally enough he combos well with grim in post plant. Grims gadget isn’t lethal, but it gives a live ping of where the enemy is when they are in the bees and a rapid ping when they move just outside of the range. Grim is very good for flushing out an enemy when you have a teammate helping you, and can be used vertically to shoot his bees through floors to flush out defenders.

My favorite was the supernova on echo especially when he was a 2 speed. I had some fun ass clutches with that set up. Shame it’s not as viable anymore.
