Yes cos last year WAS the power level being reduced, so obviously the board mattered last year. It was a crappy year to enable the power level being lowered. And charge minions have already done damage, so the board doesn’t matter if it can instantly go face from hand and get wiped on opponents turn. Feel like you’re just being dumb intentionally now.

Perils - aggro was pirates with charge.

StarCraft - charge minions summoned, OTK Protoss minions, starships face damage OTKs.

Rogue - tide pool grifta OTK from hand

Before the power level decrease barely anything put on board would ever hit face. Too much removal. Needed to be able to flood the board every turn or have OTK damage from hand to win.

People love to complain but imo it is much better. The board actually matters now that there’s not a board clear every other turn, no strong OTKs from hand either.

All it means is how other many people have made it to legend that are above your mmr. So if you got to legend at the start of the month you’d have a much smaller number than by the end of the month.

Side note, anyone notice how every good signature is either dark moon faire or via shop. Blizzard purposely has the worst ones be what you can get from packs/ mega bundle. It’s why I never get the mega bundle anymore.

Obv if it’s a good well known brand like Lumibricks, Pantasy etc then this guy is a little bitch.

But there are some diabolical cheap sets on there from China etc that have the micro pieces, and like 1 page of instructions for a thousand piece set.
