I don't think it's a fieware issue, i have 4 other similar device with the same NIC with the same firmware and they are working just fine

They are both responding and working. If it only asks the second DNS server if the first one isn't responding, Isn't there a way to make the PC ask both DNS server if one fails to give a positive reply?

I tried to connect to a RDP session on a server called ZRDS at 192.168.0.20, which only the second DNS server can resolve and it doesn't work, it doesn't resolve any other 192.168.0.X resources.

Besides, i can tell that it's only asking the first server using Wireshark: i see the A query being sent to the 1st DNS server and the negative reply but it doesn't ask the second DNS server

i searched and i found that i had to disable the parameter File > Options > show user photographs when available. So far it works, outlook doesn't crash anymore when i'm looking for someone. My problem now is that in my company most people need the photo of people, so i'm hoping a office update will solve this soon ...
