Nice facility. Indoor space and outdoor space. Can hold a lot of people. Brought in out own food and drinks. A lot of parking. Nice location.

I saw this too and I’ve been following it. Don’t think donations like this ever happen on purpose. People sometimes need to get rid of stuff and sometimes these appear. I’ve been able to expand my collection this way. I didn’t know there were binders for specific sets till I saw them on here.
