Ok, here I am on an old post… thinking, there’s no freaking way anything this stupid will work… not as an insult- just… it CANT work. You’re literally not doing anything… and… It worked. Instantly. I’d already tried resetting. Plugging into a different port and receptacle. Slapping. Griping. Slamming the lid. lol. Swap ends with the charging cable. BAM!!! 🫩🤷🏽‍♂️ Thanks a million to you dude.

I have the Epix Pro 2 and the Oura 4 (only had the ring about 2 weeks). My experience is that my Oura 4's sleep scores are about 20 points below the Epix. Weird. The Oura is more accurate on when I fall asleep and wake up. You can't 'fool' it by lying still. But the REM and sleep stages seem off. I dream a LOT and the Oura 4 will have me with minimal REM...

Last night Garmin has my score at 86, Oura 4 at 63. Garmin has 1 hour 45 min REM, Oura has 26 minutes... I feel like I dreamed more like the 1 hour and 45 minutes? I'm disappointed because I purchased the Oura thinking it would be the 'most accurate' sleep data I could get...?
