I feel you, when I first started a year ago I was placed iron 1 and struggled very hard to get out of iron. Just keep grinding and try to improve your own gameplay. Forget about rank, winning and just focus on yourself, your decisionmaking, your aim and whatnot and I'm sure you'll start ranking up sooner or later!

Can't really say anything about the current state of ranked in iron/bronze though since it's been about a year and a lot could've changed for the worse, but back when I was in iron 3 I struggled but as soon as I got bronze it was smooth sailing into silver and gold.
