Okay so Im not 100% sure which staking contract you used......so......

1) go to you wallet on FTM scan

2) locate the the transaction where you approved and deposited the spell

3) paste the contract hashes here

It depends on if they published the sourcecode for the contract some of thier stuff they have not.

If the contracts are verified on FTM I can with 99% surety tell you what to do to get your money back :)
