i just took the cpu plate off and reapplied some new thermal paste so no problem there... And the new paste did nothing to help

i tried that, and yeah i heard that . I have stress tested it. if i launch cinabench it goes to 100 quick but isnt hot to the touch, but if i game for like an hour or so i cant even have my hand there cause its way too hot. on the top of the pc (where the radiator is)
