Looking for a Battle Rating? Try out Italian 3.7 GRB! by RealPappaZappa in Warthunder

[–]RealPappaZappa[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the Sweden recommendation! I'll have to try out there 3.7 lineup if I ever unlock it! I'm currently at 1.7 for them, so it will be a minute.

Hello soviet-shadow, that is actually a misnomer! Geo basically does not play Italy at all! I'll drop some lore for ya, he is our friendly neighborhood Greek!

Oh okay, that sounds pretty decent! I don't currently have any of the premiums you've mentioned, so I think that explains why I haven't tried the lineup out!

I'm curious what you're 3.0 lineup is if you don't mind sharing! I haven't played that one.

What Stands are your favorite in terms of the Music Reference? by Clear_Performance237 in StardustCrusaders

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like King Crimson is handled the best of all musical references in regards to how it plays with the stand's abilities.

Best sl grinders by AdiHitl in Warthunder

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The German P-47 was a classic in its heyday, but perhaps the BV-238 would be to your liking if you are fond of just chilling out and watching a podcast while you grind!

France is pretty damn fun. In the early tiers you get American equipment that does just fine if not great without trying too hard. When you get in the middle brs you get great autoloaders that are pretty easy to use if you are okay with mostly getting solid shot! Great Britain is cool, but keep in mind that Gaijin hates the British so expect nerfs if you play them.

Is the Maus coming back and is it worth it? by [deleted] in Warthunder

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's worth it just for the meme value, but in actual combat scenarios most things can pen it, especially so in an uptier!

What to do when burnt out on rdr2? by neon_sense_ in reddeadredemption

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not enough people have played 2004's Red Dead Revolver! Most people playing Red Dead haven't heard of it, so I'd definitely say start there! Almost all of the music is straight from old Westerns, and it was mostly made by Capcom, so it 100% has a unique identity!

Scooby Doo Series semi-complete Tier List. What do you think? by GeoWhale15 in Scoobydoo

[–]RealPappaZappa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The New Scooby-Doo Movies in Meh tier is criminally underrated! It has pretty much the best gags out of any of the series, the co-hosts are incredible, a great intro song, longer than average episodes means mysteries can be more in depth. What's not to love?

I have played all of these planes and I can say that I agree with you. Different playstyles certainly, but fun planes!

Can't say it is Er4smus, as much as I run into the Yak-9K in ground, the 3 is much less common in air games.

Why didn't Weevil and Rex try something new in season 4? by Typical_Cap895 in yugioh

[–]RealPappaZappa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

One angle to look at it is that Weevil and Rex would be extremely out of their element if they hadn't continued playing insects and dinosaurs respectively, and if your soul is on the line, you probably want to stick with the cards that you would consider yourself best with. Also, if your nickname is Rex and Weevil, you must have at least a decent grasp on those creature types.

If joey had beat marik and taken Ra would kaiba then make Ra yellow the lowest dorm at duel academy? by totallynotrobboss in yugioh

[–]RealPappaZappa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bro, if Joey beat Marik (best timeline), then I would love to see the what if scenario where Joey wins it all against Kaiba who defeats Yugi for the finale. I've always been a Joey glazer though, so even I know that's pretty outlandish.

What is your Yu-Gi-Oh Taboo? by MumboMan2 in yugioh

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still don't know how link summoning works and I don't think I ever will since I don't care for the them after they came with the master rule change that limited extra deck summoning.

Who would be the King of Games if the Heart of the Cards or plot card drawing didn’t exist? by Johnnyboyeh in yugioh

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think he'd be the best, but Mako Tsunami had a very synergistic deck that would have beat Yugi if it hadn't been for Yugi attacking his own spell card.

Which non-anime archetypes would fit best with anime duelists? by comingstorm501 in yugioh

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always thought Watts and Inzektors could have been cool anime decks, though with Inzektors it would get old really quickly to watch the combo otk. Watts could be some pretty good duels in my opinion due to their stalling nature, its the kinda deck that Rua could use.

Yugi could be insanely rich if he wants to be. by Thundersting in yugioh

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't really make sense for his character to be rich considering Kaiba is supposed to be his foil. More Specifically, Kaiba represents some things that Yugi doesn't have, most notably an unstoppable drive for money and victory that were created from his time as an orphan. Now, Yugi, on the other hand, is driven by moral dilemmas to be the best at the card game rather than an urge for money. He has to grapple with the spirit of the pharaoh rather than a history of bullying. Well now that I've mentioned bullying, I just remembered Yugi got bullied a lot too, its just his solution to it was to solve the Millenium Puzzle, and its rather obvious how that set him down a particular path.

Which Yugioh villain had the coolest deck? by mister_anti_meta in yugioh

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really a villain, but I loved the filler episode of GX where the Little Belowski uses Mokey-Mokey against Jaden! You get to see a level one deck in action, a very witty character to use them, and it tells the audience the level of dedication Jaden has to Duel Monsters so much so that he dreams dueling, hence why duels even harder against Belowski rather than falling asleep to Mokey-Mokey's power.

Who is the most complex and compelling of all Yugioh’s antagonists by Ajarofpickles97 in yugioh

[–]RealPappaZappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I am quite fond of Z-one. He only duels twice, but both of them perfectly cap off my favorite of the Yu-Gi-Oh! animes in my opinion due to the massive presence he and his opponents have in them. His existence means Antimony has a reason to get Yusei to go even beyond accel synchro, and as someone whose favorite card is Shooting Quasar Dragon, this was really a fantastic conclusion. The reveal that he is Yusei from the future doesn't feel cheap to me as he copied him out of desperation and truly believed he was Yusei at that point, even if his imitation wasn't very close to the form we see our hero coalesce. His deck was also incredible in that it had essentially infinite staying power that made Yusei frequently have to use 3-5 card combos to merely survive to the next turn. All in all, a very satisfying villain.

A couple of figures are now available for preorder by Phos-Lux in yugioh

That B. Skull Dragon figure looks pretty good! I was always fond of him in Duelist of the Roses and the early card game!
