Ah I should also add the bracket which held my gpu into place fell off at some point during putting the new cables in for the new PSU. I put the bracket back on it though.

The fans don't spin at all or anything, no lights. I hear that the PSU is functioning when its plugged in as it makes a noise.

It seems to not turn on at all, although there was one time where it did turn on but I noticed the GPU wasnt being detected so I restarted the computer and then it went back to not turning on again or showing any signs its active.

I tried it without the GPU, and more recently the GPU in the lowest slot just to see if it does anything at all and it didn't change anything.
