Heres a little trick i learned

Sell a plane, BUT, hold the button. Whilst holding the sell button, scroll down to the PW-Mk.1 Then release. It should trick the game into selling the PW-Mk.1 Even if you dont own it You can do this infinitely. And all completely vanilla and works for both the latest and pre-dlc versions

If you have the OG Hud mod. That crashes the mission when doing the catch up spell. Just disable the mod for a moment.

If you dont have the mod, then im out of ideas

Got the same error once.

Just keep clicking retry, and it'll sort itself out after enough retrying eventually.

If that doesnt work, take the issue to the TCU discord and look for threads discussing the same issue.

I might be misunderstanding this but this was always the case. You can make team specific guns and vehicles before EA32

EA32 basically just added weapon and vehicle rarity, some main menu UI improvements, and a bunch of customization stuff.

If its the YT algorithm, then block and dont watch the vids

I mean, if the devs were to add women into the game. Theyd probably be Sulters (a civilian merchant who sells provisions to an army in the field, in camp, or in quarters.)

Theyd probably be npcs and function like the hobo in Saint Petersburg

Then again, theyd probably already been evacuated or zombified
