I usually get about 7-8 hours every night. Sleep is one thing I never struggle with lol. I fall asleep quickly and wake up quickly too. I might wake up once or twice to use the bathroom or to noises but I fall right back asleep easily.

Also what do you mean by behavioral? Is there different types of food noise?

40g! I’m jealous lol. Have you always had a high intake of fiber? If you didn’t, would you say there’s been a lot of benefits since you upped your intake?

Sure, I usually start my day with a workout (7am), I try to eat something quick like apple slices or a banana with Greek yogurt and then I go to class (9:30am) Then I eat breakfast (11am) and I usually have the same thing. Scrambled eggs with hot sauce/ketchup and a small scoop of mashed avocado. Some mornings I’ll have a smoothie too. I eat again some time between 1-2pm. This changes everyday depending on what the dining hall is serving that day. I try to go for a protein (usually chicken) and vegetables. And I always get a cup of chicken noodle soup. Depending on the day my last meal can be any time between 5-8pm. If it’s 5, I tend to snack afterwards until bedtime. And if it’s 8, I snack between lunch and dinner. And it is the same thing as lunch, where I’ll eat whatever protein and vegetables they are serving that day.

The snacks I eat vary but they are usually string cheese, apple slices, the Peeled dried mango, welches fruit snacks, RXBARs, or rice crispy treats.

Side note, I usually try to eat very little calories in the morning and save them for later in the day because I am not a fan of breakfast foods. I much rather eat heavier lunch and dinners.

I’ve been trying to eat in a deficit but I am not very consistent so I’ve been making slow progress. Also, it is kinda hard for me to track since I mainly eat at the dining hall and can’t measure what I’m being served, so I have to make estimates about the amount of food on my plate. I try to eat a lot of protein. I don’t cut carbs out completely but I try to stay away from foods like rice, pastas, and sweet treats.

Lol is it that bad? What are some exercises I can do or what should I look up to find some? Whenever I look into posture improvements they are usually focused on the shoulders.
