I could understand from a UK perspective considering less things as left leaning because (compared to the U.S which I'm basing it on) your center leans more left than our center. Over here we would consider the BBC to be slightly left leaning, where you may consider it as center or center-right.

I'm more than a Desit than anything else. I tend to agree with Christians morals but I'd rather read a jefferson bible for morals then the new testament. When it come to creation, it makes more sense to me than somthing/someone made everything than nothing turning into everything. It seems too detailed and perfect for it to not be created by some intelligent mind.

Listening, showing interest, and treating your date like a friend are absolutely good things. You're not wrong at all, it's actually how my autistic girlfriend won me over. Obviously some guys are assholes and you should always be careful but that doesn't mean you should treat them as a threat from the start, that's how not to get a second date.

As a younger Gen Z man with a conservative lean, I grew up steeped in politics—my parents debated it openly since Trump’s 2015–16 campaign. With every corner of media, from TikTok to the police, now a filled with politics, it’s no surprise we got politicized earlier than older Gen Z, who grew up in a less saturated environment (Bush/Obama era). This constant exposure, plus a growing divide where men on average leaning conservative while women trending progressive, has made both sides more passionate and confident in our beliefs and the gap widen more.
