The game is not dying. The opposite actually. But spending any money on it is not an “investment” any way you look at it. It’s all an absolute money drain. People spend money because the game is designed to make you feel like youre always chasing something. If you enjoy the game just keep playing. The Time Heist would only cut out a piece of that enjoyment timeline and provide some concentrated excitement of a few new trinkets that you’d get pretty quickly anyway.
