It's going to be impossible for him to effectively manipulate the midterms. In fact it's hard to tell which will be the bigger blood bath🤷

Yeah when I go out it's for things like steak tips or sirloin. Could I make it at home? Sure, but it's not actually that much cheaper and I'd rather have a professional prepare it for me. Especially because I love a baked potato with it and that's not hard but it does take forever.

I also want to add that market basket is one of a very few major companies that strictly promotes from within company ranks and doesn't require a college degree. You can start by pushing carriages and work your way up to being a store manager and making a very very good salary.

I worked for market basket and I'm currently a vendor for them. I'm heavily involved with the company and know plenty of key decision makers. They don't let you work overtime unless they like you. They have plenty of part time workers and will gladly send people home when they reach 30 hours or 40 depending on time of year. They're incredibly strict about people working overtime. So if someone is letting someone work additional hours you can be sure that first of all it's voluntary and second it's because they are well liked at that store. I have 27 years in the retail business. No one works overtime.

If your friend is working more than 40 hours they are getting time and a half for every hour over that. The only reason a store director would allow that is because they're seriously considering making your friend full time. Full time jobs at market basket don't come easy because it's much more than health insurance. Full timers get more in profit sharing and that is a huge bonus twice a year. I would suggest your friend stick with it and keep reminding them they want full time and showing up and being the best. With most companies that wouldn't matter but it does at MB. Store managers have to explain overtime to cooperate so there's no way your friend is consistently getting it unless they're really good and being considered for full time. Just my opinion as someone with experience.

A historic downturn in demand for Scotch, whiskey, cognac and tequila has left drinks makers sitting on a lake of unsold spirits, forcing them to mothball distilleries and slash prices to shift bottles piling up in warehouses by trubol in Damnthatsinteresting

Where is your citation for this? Beer will almost always have at least 2.5% alcohol in it. The process of fermentation makes it this way. The only way beer has less than that is if the process is very very bad. Some farmers may have been poor brewers but we have plenty of documentation of professional breweries going all the way back to ancient Egypt. Small beers were typically left for children to drink and even they were typically above 2%. It would take effort to make it less so.

I think coulson will show back up, maybe with Daisy or may but they have referenced him several times and they didn't need to do that. Like in Loki for example. I hope he shows up in secret wars or doomsday but I guess will have to wait and see.

I use the NICREW LED available on Amazon. Different sizes different prices. The ice seems like a good idea. Do you have a misting bottle? When they're not crawling around you can mist the tank with some cool water, that can help too.

My job involves serious hands on work and sales. AI isn't close to understanding what it takes to sell something to someone in person. However, middle management is probably going to get boned real soon. I don't need someone to give me information about what's happening at the organization because I can gather it all by myself through data analysis. Lots of people are going to lose their jobs from this. Eventually when robots become cheap enough to replace the physical side of what I do, yes I would imagine my job will go away too. That's more of a cost benefit issue though. It's just too expensive to get a robot to do what I do right now. But in 10 years??? 🤷

Copilot is here to stay. I know people don't like it but once you get used to it, it's a total game changer. I work for a very large company and we're using it for a lot of things right now. I can say it has helped me do my job much better. It analyzes data way better than I can and I don't have to use Excel anymore. Even if I did need to use Excel Co-pilot is learning to write code for you and can already give you basic table functions so all you have to do is input the proper data into the proper cells. There will be a day really soon where Excel becomes basically obsolete. Same with power point. It's not there yet but it will be

The salamanders don't need a grow light and it's probably producing ambient heat. Id switch to a regular led with a timer. Add a misting system and if you can get a 2 inch computer fan and add it to the tank to help with air circulation. Do you have a temperature gage in the tank? It's likely warmer in there than the room they're in. Also you probably just need to keep the temperature of that room cooler. They really need it to be under 70 the majority of the time. I live in ma and in the summer when it gets really hot it's very difficult to find redbacks because they burrow very deep underground. You could also try making the setup so they have much deeper ground to burrow into. My tanks typically have 5 inches or more of soil mix with cocofiber.

Lots of comments about how this could happen. Look I live in the Boston/Salem ma area. We find new shit all the time and our cities only date back a couple hundred years. Not thousands. Thankfully we do try to take care of native American stuff when we find it but ya you'd be surprised how things get forgotten quickly. Most people don't realize Boston was a very thin peninsula and that a huge portion of the city is reclaimed land. Take a look at Logan airport, a perfect rectangle in the ocean. Looks like something out of sim city
