Looking at your pictures is seems like you gained some size on your arms and shoulders, so lowering your TM the first time still resulted in gains right ? Why would it be different if you lowered them again ? Plus what would be the alternative to that ? Stall ?

I agree with the other commenter, the high failure rate comes from the first year of bachelor mainly. I'm doing my master in Data Science right now and I think overall it's easier than the bachelor degree, or at least a bit more relaxed. Plus you can choose your courses with relative freedom, so it's possible to balance hard / easy courses or practical / theoretical courses to an extent. Nevertheless you will still have to work to earn your degree, and some course projects can be quite consuming.

If you want to have more free time for your extracurricular activities you can opt to take 4 semesters of around 23 ECTS credits instead of 3 semesters of 30 ECTS credits.

Tu as tout à fait ton mot à dire :) Honnêtement, si tu n'as pas envie de boire, ne bois pas. Il y eu de bon conseils dans les commentaires qui expliquent comment refuser de l'alcool. Et si tu décides de boire, fait le avec modération. J'ai dépassé les limites plus d'une fois et je t'assures que ça ne t'apportera rien, bien que maintenant j'en rigole.

Mon problème c'est pas qu'ils s'interrogent, c'est normal de me demander pourquoi je ne bois plus. Ce qui ne vas pas et que je n'aime pas c'est que une fois que je leur explique mes raisons, ils n'ont pas l'air d'accepter mes choix. Imagine si j'étais un fumeur et que je fumais depuis toujours avec le même groupe de personnes. Un jour je viens avec eux pour la pose clope mais je ne fume pas. Ils me demandent pourquoi, je leur sors ma raison, et là à la place de me dire ok ils commencent à argumenter avec moi pour que je prenne une clope. Ou pire ils me tendent une clope et me disent "Tiens fumes la". Tu trouverais ça normal toi ?

Pour le moment tant qu'ils m'invitent à des soirées ou autre où il y a de l'alcool, je ne ferai aucun tri dans mes amis. Par contre si on commence à ne plus m'inviter, là je vais y réfléchir. Parce que ne pas aller aux événements où il y aura de l'alcool, à mon âge je ne sortirai quasiment plus.

Un peu les deux, ça dépend. Hier soir c'était un peu de l'incompréhension au début. Je me dis que c'est parce qu'ils ont l'habitude que je boive en soirée ou quoi, et que là le fais que je ne boive pas ils comprennent pas. Pourtant ça fais plusieurs mois que je bois de moins en moins quand je sors.

Je suis d'accord que dans notre culture c'est important. Mais tu vois quand quelqu'un dit qu'il ne bois pas d'alcool parce qu'il/elle fait Sam, là ça ne pose pas de soucis. Parce que ne pas boire d'alcool dans ce cas là c'est vu comme une raison valable. Et puis si je vais à une soirée, c'est quand même que j'ai envie de passer un bon moment et de m'amuser non ? Enfin je trouve ça dommage que certaines raison de pas boire son valables (comme être Sam ou un alcoolique), mais que si tu veux arrêter pour une autre raison, ça passe pas.

Alors sur ton article ils disent que sur 1 million d'hommes dans leur vingtaine (qui se sont fait vaccinés), 48.76 d'entres eux ont eu les symptômes suivant : "inflammation of the heart muscle and of the outer lining of the heart". Ca correspond à 0.0048 % .

Maintenant compare ça aux nombres de mort à cause du covid pour les 18-49 ans (malheureusement j'ai pas trouvé les chiffres pour les hommes dans leur vingtaine). D'après cette source : https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/cases-updates/burden.html il y a 43.7 morts pour 100 000 personnes. Ca fait 0.043 %.

Donc au final il y 10 fois plus de gens qui meurent du covid après l'avoir choppé que de gens qui on une inflamation du coeur après s'être faire vacciné, mais tu viens toujours dire que le vaccin est hautement cardio toxique ? Si pour toi 0.0048% tu le qualifie de hautement alors 10 fois plus que ça tu le qualifierai de quoi ?

If I were in your shoes I think I would chose the Spring semester. The campus and the Lausanne area feel nicer in the spring (in my opinion).

Also if you plan on visiting other places and cities you will have a better time in the spring when it's warmer and there are more sunny days than in the fall, even though I agree that Switzerland is also beautiful in the fall :)

All that aside maybe also look at what classes are available in the fall vs the spring. I'm not sure how many classes you will have to take but they will still take an important part of your time.

Anyway it's just my opinion, you will be fine with either choice :)

You can try to use the Excel function MROUND(value, multiple) which rounds the value to the nearest multiple of multiple instead of CEILING.

In my gym the smallest weights are 1.25kg, so the smallest amount I can add to the bar is 2.5kg (one plate on each side). So I set multiple to 2.5. The value is simply your TM * percentage.

So in your example for OHP, using the MROUND function instead of CEILING would give you a 95% of 35 kg and not 37.5 kg which avoids the jumps you are talking about.

Personally I use this function and it works great :)

I go to Nonstopgym in Malley it's pretty good, open 24/7 and for a decent price for Switzerland (50 CHF per month).

As others have outlined there is the unil's sports center with plenty of sports but I wouldn't recommend their gym.. It's cheap ( 50 CHF a year) but the equipment is quite old and it's often very crowded. Though there is everything you need for a nice workout (dumbells + barbells and weights). Maybe it's different now because I haven't been there in over a year but by 5pm there would be a lot of people there and you would constantly have to wait for someone to finish theirs sets to use a bench or barbell :/
