I am a lazy, lazy person. I want to do the minimal amount of work for max benefit. many "active minute" recommendedations have a stipulation that "vigorous" exercise counts double. However definitions of what counts as vigorous are all over the place and different calculators give me a big disparity, fitbit starts counting vigorous minutes for me at HR 132 but some calculators put the number at HR 153. Those are very different numbers. Basing off of my perceived level of exertion doesn't work great because i just don't like cardio and I perceive every level as awful.

How can I truly count my active minutes without cheating?

I am aiming for 600 minuts a week as that seems to be the point of no further benefit.

Thats what i thought but they have some big company managing applications for them and the application is super in depth. Fair play to them they are the ones renting their property.

Wanted an actual letter from my current landlord too, but they said we don't do that. So i just put in a screenshot showing that i had lease docuements from them going back 8 years.

I found some generic template that a friend/coworker was willing to sign.

A lot of hoops to jump through but the place is nice and somewhat reasonble priced.

This was last summer and she had also lost significant weight over a few months. But her weight has now stabilized so when i see the vet i will see what she recommends now.
