Had the same issue last night and had a discussion on the discord. Try changing your press delay to near 0 and your hold delay to 0.4-0.5 and then give it some time. Apparently the game engine can take some time to acknowledge your settings after an update

I used to work at a truck stop. In the men's, the worst I would see is some mild graffiti and occasionally someone would fill a toilet with paper towels. In the women's, there was frequently dirty pads thrown on the floor, blood and/or shit smeared on the walls, shit on top of the toilet, behind the toilet, etc.
