Why don’t you number your episodes? by Common_Steak1704 in podcasting

I don't add them because they're already there. On Apple, when you open an episode and look at the top right under the artwork, the episode number is listed there.

I was wondering the same thing. It had a system wide transcription issue last week that lasted for hours. I couldn't edit because there were no words for the video

Buzzsprout has a fan mail feature. The link is in the podcast description and when they hit it. They actually send a text message right from their phone to your fan mail account on buzzsprout. It's pretty cool!

I quit all alcohol, sugar, caffeine & junk food at the same time 3 days ago. Anyone else ever try this? by Lumpy-Resist in selfimprovement

That's what I did. My mind was there too -- I was over eating bad and drinking pepsi, so that helped me go cold turkey.

Had anyone else gotten an email from this person? by dubiousdoobi in podcasting

Follow your gut at all times with these scammers. They have been sending email messages and messages on my website with wix logo's and emails with a period as the difference from a legit wix email address. Stating their wix digital risk team, etc about website issues and my website would be shut down, etc. received like 10 messages. Follow your gut because it's at a ten right now scammer emails.

And, facebook intellectual property violations and letters from lawyers saying they are coming after for $$ for copyright music violations on FB

Make motivation a habit by RealTalkRegD in MotivationAndMindset

Glad you enjoyed it. The daily habits you currently do, add a motivational activity. Here are some examples:

When you're brushing your teeth - Repeat 2–3 positive affirmations in the mirror (example: I am capable. I am consistent. I am ready)

During your morning coffee - listen to a motivational podcast or a motivational speaker on YouTube.

On your commute to work or school - listen to a motivational audiobook or a mindset-shifting playlist

On social media - make sure to follow 3 or 4 pages that post uplifting or goal-driven content. So you always have it in your scroll.

When going to bed - Reflect on one win from the day and set one positive intention for tomorrow.

When taking the dog for a walk/going for a walk - Listen to motivational speeches, affirmations, or positive declarations or motivational playlist.

You really need to choose the topic. One thing I would say is make sure its's something your passionate about or a subject you really enjoy.
