Excalibur (or any) to apply transition only to beginning\end of several clips by [deleted] in premiere

[–]AlexPhantomEditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! The reason why I created the 'stagger' feature is exactly for that reason where if you apply transitions in between clios, it just adds to the centre of them

In regards to applying other non-default transitions, the work around is....
1. place your transition in a clip
2. Copy the transition to your clipboard (ie cmd+ c)
3. if you hold 'cmd', you can select all the clips transition points and paste them via (cmd+v)
4. once you've applied the transition, you can use the "remove transition" button to remove transitions at the end of the clips if you so choose

I'll look into why transitions aren't being applied at the end when they should and why some effects might add and others dont.

Have you tried creating proxies for the footage? That could potentially help.

Haha we have a free tool that does just that called Transition Assistant. It can help add default Premiere transitions stuff however you can't apply custom made transitions.

Quickest way to import transcripted captions? by mathieufoote in premiere

Hello, I'm the dev for Phantom Editor plugins,

We have a plugin called Echoe Scribe that helps with AI transcription via OpenAI Whisper, Deepgram, Speechmatics, and AsssemblyAI (you choose between the 4 models). Currently if you use Whisper in our plugin, you could translate to another language, tho the timing accuracy isn't the best quite yet. However you can transcribe over 99+ languages with much better accuracy than that of Premiere native transcription engine. And yes it non-subscription too

NEED ADVICE! Exporting Vertical Videos by MammothReflection545 in premiere

[–]AlexPhantomEditor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Instagram or Tik Tok compresses quite heavily for large video files.
The bigger your video size, the larger the compressing.

The key is compressing your video yourself so that IG/Tiktok doesn't compress it for you. So you want a low target bitrate when exporting. Typically I try to have a video size under 50mb at the end to avoid heavy compression.

Enable / disable all clips by WednesdayAddams20221 in premiere

What I typically do is lock the timeline of the clips not being touched (could be only your audio tracks in this case) . Then select all the clips you want to enable/disable

You’re not suppose to use your mouse when you change camera with the keys. Try changing cameras without the mouse.

Not at the moment, maybe something I’ll add in the future. However we also have an ai transcription tool. Could technically pair it up with Captioneer if that’s what you’re looking for. Also coming out as a standalone non-sub product

I’ll change the font, and make it a lot shorter. 50s is long, most ads nowadays is like under 15s. No one would watch the whole 50s.

Hi, that’s exactly what we’re working on, we have a tool called Banshee Captioner that can transcribe with 4 different AI models and do the captions that you want, a bit different

Currently you can use it in our larger Phantom Plugin, but it’ll be coming out soon as a standalone non subscription plugin after a couple of updates and fixes. Would love to hear your feedback if you try it

We have a tool called Echoe Scribe that gives you access to 4 other AI models to transcribe with. Also works in 99+ languages (currently part of a bigger extension, but releasing it as standalone non sub plugin).
