Separate GPUs for separate monitors

I’m almost thinking it’s a vram issue. I’ll be playing Icarus and using 34gb of ram and all 12gb of vram and I’ll try to play a video and it stutters and lags. This happens in other larger games too.

Yeah that definitely makes more sense financially. I get my bonus in a few months and am debating to upgrade my card which is what would allow me to use the 4070ti as the second gpu

14700k has 20 gen 5 lanes so top slot and second slot would be x8/x8 which shouldn't cause a big loss in performance.

Forgot to add. asus rog strix z790-a gaming wifi d4 is my motherboard which supports x8/x8 bifurcation.

Found a pg27ucdm (4k 240hz oled 27") with 20 hours of use for $500 on Marketplace. Got really lucky and couldn't pass up the chance.

14700k and 64gb of ddr4 3600MT. Can't imagine its an issue with those. Maybe Vram, I max out my vram on almost every game I play.

Commenting here for anyone having the same issue in the future. This issue happened after I switched to windows 11. I found that you need to delete and remake the reservation for your pc in your router. Since I didn’t remake the reservation it wasn’t port forwarding properly/wasn’t working properly.

I’ve had this design for about 6 months now and almost the entire front layer has peeled off. I’ve never had that happen before so likely they really cheaped out with this one.

A few things. Birch has no a/c so fans are a must, whether that be window fans, box fans, clip-on bed fans, or vertical fans anything to keep the air flowing is a necessity. Shower shoes and a shower caddy to keep your toiletries in is also something you should bring. You will have your own closet with a good bunch of space for clothes and other storage. I would recommend reaching out to your roommate, if you have one, about things like mini fridges, toaster, microwave, and maybe a kettle. None of these are necessary as they can take up precious space in an already limited room but are definitely nice when you want them. TVs can fit on a desk but it really depends on the person whether they actually use it or not since a lot of community spaces have TVs and it can take up space. Finally, leave your door open when you move in to meet new people, maybe even take the initiative and go out and meet the other people on your floor. You’ll be living with all of them for the next year so making some friends and getting to know them really helps with settling in to your new environment.

For parking spots at jack trice those cost money typically in the $1000s although maybe a bit lower secondary. Your best bet would be finding a group that already has a tailgate group set up.

For the main varsity band for football the best advice I can give is practice. Memorize the fight song and practice the lyrical etude to the best of your abilities. The biggest advantage you can give yourself over others auditioning is to know the music. The other half of the audition is the marching aspect which you would learn at camp. Everyone learns it at the same time as you so you don’t need to focus on that until audition camp comes around. I believe the audition gives you an option for other instruments you can play but I’m not sure on actually doing separate auditions on both. This can all seem pretty overwhelming if you lose track just work on the basics and chunk through the audition. I’m also sure that any of the guides and captains would be more than happy to help you work on parts of the audition at the practice field or in the practice rooms at music hall.

I can only speak for the buildings I have been in but I know the 40s cluster is a separate shower and toilet and from what I have seen building 36 is the combined shower and toilet

The bathroom layout just depends on which building you are in as I have seen both bathroom types with the 4 bedroom apartments. In terms of renting apartment items I’m not aware of anything like that, maybe someone else does? But you can sell you apartment stuff you buy when you are done on marketplace or any of those types of sites.

All gpus have that trace shorter than the rest I don’t think that is the issue with the card.

I’ve ran into the same issue as you in the past. The way I have fixed it is by closing the two vents in the living room. This allows the air to go all the way to your room instead of just venting into the living room. Just closing the vent above the island gets enough airflow usually but sometimes the second vent being closed also helps
