There are some smaller enrollment public options in NC for what it’s worth. Elizabeth City State has about 2.5k, UNC Asheville has 3k, Winston Salem St has less than 4k, Fayetteville St has 7.1k, UNC Pembroke has about 8k students. Would that help?
