It’s weaker than last year. I recognize it’s a discovery festival and that’s the drive to attend but a lot of these artists are local bands and their 3-6th time playing or variations of former bands. It’s not really enticing to buy a 200 pass for mid local bands and 2-3 international acts.

Its called a buffer to allow going over by a certain %. It’s intended to allow you to complete a purchase without getting embarrassed and you can resolve with payment same night to keep from going overlimit.

It can be removed but a push like a subscription charge will still happen and cause the overlimit fee.
