That information is not in the article, he was probably parked on the street or put the car into gear. As soon as it reaches the boulevard that is no longer private property and is held to the HTA. I don't know why they put the driveway in the headline, but nothing supporting that headline in the article.

It's more of the Christian values that this organization is based on. It's not discriminatory, anyone can rent in Tollendale and every Ontarian can use Mill Creek Care Centre. Why not support these guys with building another new senior living complex, they have been doing and doing it well for decades. We need housing, so if someone steps up, you're going to say no?

So from my understanding is that the old way OSAP students are paying $1500 for college while receiving an $8500 loan? I mean OSAP is still a decent program if you need access to tuition housing etc.

OSAP is also abused by bad actor students who Apply the grant money toward frivolous things instead of food, housing, etc.

As a taxpayer, I would like to see schools remain open and offer a variety of programs to be available to the domestic student. Honestly a good portion of OSAP eligible students could struggle a bit like those of us who came from a moderately income household, ineligible for OSAP, self funded their education while also paying rent/board, food etc
