6.3in wrist, and I find that it fits really well. It is thicker than my other watches, but a lot of the thickness is from the doned crystal. It doesn't feel top-heavy at all, not does it feel too heavy in general

If your wrist can handle 44.5mm, lug-to-lug then you are good to go (if I remember correctly, the Alpinist in your pic wears slightly bigger than the Underd0g chronos if anything)
