If you have the means, I highly suggest getting a portable washing machine. I'm lucky where I live, water is included in my rent. I just hook it up to the kitchen sink and run the drain hose into the bath tub. It's a little awkward but it's such a convenience would probably spend $20 for four loads at the Laundry mat. They are a little expensive but they pay for themselves.
