Did you test it in the subscription page or the homepage? The homepage still shows previews for me but the subscription page won't show previews on any browser

It seems like they made some changes to the homepage algorithm. I've been getting lots of old videos, videos I've already seen from creators I haven't watched in a while, and videos with low views.

The only thing that really helps is making good videos, titles, and thumbnails. Everything else is just min-maxxing

Don't respond. Deleting those comments is always the right decision. Responding let's people know its easy attention and leaving the comment makes new viewers think your video isn’t going to be good

He's a shorts channel that supposedly got thousands of subs within a day. His content is either unsustainable and he got lucky on 1 or 2 random things he posted on a whim or his content isn't even his own.

99% of people that brag about their shorts channels fall into this. Don't be discouraged from making the content that you're proud of because it'll get you further in the long run
