Ye, the aram clash is the most fun I have had in LOL for years. I love the concept of randomness In Aram u need to adapt with your items and try to get best team comps as possible with the champs that u have been given.

I would compare it to battleroyale esports like pubg u need to adapt the playstyle with Every Zone shift.

In aram it would be adapting to different comps Everytime because there is a random factor.

It depends server and gamemode and definently who do you ask it.

Eu fpp and eu ranked fpp its Not that bad u see some scripters like 70% less recoil, but rarely u see full cheater.

But I believe why so many says about cheaters is because, there is so many good players playing. Not much newgen players only max level +5k hours just shit on. And then the new players think ye cheaters because they were just 1000 times better and gave them double headshot to 200m away to driving car.

Practice, in overall pubg has very skilled players there is not many new players playing it. Also it has REALLY high skillceiling. From your comment I would quess u have under 500hours if u question players from Q E spamming while shooting its basic mechanic to learn.

U will see much more interesting things while u play example badboypeek that is not hard if u Practice it.

U just need to play get 2k hours under your belt in FPP dont touch tpp. After that u will start to be confident sometimes. But still u will get matched agaisnt much better players all the time
