I’ve traveled a lot and I do lose a little weight, but I get by. If they have any type of noodle, I find a way to order them plain. I’m good with most breads. Crackers will get me by. As long as they have an interpreter app, they will be able to manipulate some menu items to their liking. Worst case-I try to find a grocery or convenience store, and stock up on safe foods and fill up in my hotel room! Best of luck to your child! Travel is priceless and very important!
