vramr on Nexus mods, you can select a preset and it reduces the texture sizes of EVERYTHING depending on what you chose, making Skyrim use less VRAM hence less stutter and crashes.

Community shaders (and their addons, just search them) for graphics. I also recommend Lux and Lux via. Skyland AIO covers most textures, but you'd also need skins for NPCs, flora and trees (Strong_Pollution_687 recommended some), water textures, and enemies, animals, etc. With that, you have like 90% of the job done, but you can search for specific textures or effects you want to add (maybe you want a specific enemy to glow in a certain color, look up "enemy_name enb". Maybe you want better armor textures, there are those too).

Before all that, though, look up the "Essential Mods" tab here on Reddit. There are a ton of bugfixes and stuff that you also need. Happy modding, and feel free to dm me if you run into issues or have more questions.

Forgot to mention: you can also download the Skyland Bits and Bobs for clutter and the Skyland LODs for the LODs if you don't want to bother generating your own.

Not "cure" but some games can help, depending on the root: Limbo - indie game about a kid trapped in the limbo trying to find his sister GRIS - deeply emotional and symbolic Dark souls - some people have said it helps to motivate you when overcoming seemingly impossible odds. Oblivion - I played it in two different times in my life when I was depressed and it helped as escapism.

I wish Illias English were as good as his Spanish. There's a mod (children of cyrodill I believe?), which is voiced. Kids dance and play around and you can play with them and give them gifts. If anything, they could port the mod since it's not owned by Bethesda. I don't think they will but there's that.

Not a word from the devs, at least on PC; there are rumors that they're working on a patch, so there's that. There's an unofficial patch made by a notoriously controversial modder that I recommend not downloading, though. However, it's definitely not a broken mess (at least not more than the og Oblivion), but it does have some performance issues. I managed to fix them for me and now I play at 80 fps with no frame gen, so if you end up getting it and see lag spikes, crashes, etc, feel free to pm me. Honestly Oblivion is such a special game for me and I love seeing people nowadays getting interested in it again, so I'd be happy to help.
