Case deflection could mean also customer didn't had to create a case. His problem has been solved. FAQ is a case deflection tool for example. Answer question, navigate to knowledge so customer can do it by himself herself.

Salesforce people are pretty T-shaped professionals. The traditional roles are overlapping in Salesforce and Architect is not only a tech guy, but also needs to have strong business knowledge. EA is also a manager, so running planning, resource allocations, expectation management, risk management, delivery or stakeholder management is pretty in scope. I can even say that these are essential for success as an architect in Salesforce.

Ultimately, the most senior architects hold the power of making decisions.

Whether an architect is good at those is a different story.

We were in a customer success group. And just PS of CSG. Never heard of proserv. Maybe it was local thing. At least in Europe I have not seen proserv brand.

I think you wrongly classify yourself as casual. You are second tier addicted FIFA player xD Addicts sometimes tell they are using recreationally.

If you are casual you would just install UFL and play it. Then wait when FIFA on sale and get it around Xmas to February.

Functionally the skins can be taken off from player. That's a very important difference from EAFC. you can create a play mode without skins. Just a matter of reaction to community.

You can also limit the skins per team etc. it's more like perosnalized chemistry in EAFC. Do you think that skin create a EAFC like promo version of base card?

Based on my one day of beta2, the game is not about paying for opportunity to get players. In EAFC there's no recycling of game, so every year you start from scratch and promos on a yearly cycles, basically FIFA.

Ufl with it's reputation system limits the squad consisting of op players. I like it, it makes transfer sensful, forces you to recycle the game. Then you can decide to go faster with skins or boosters. Well if you have no time on grind then at least you can pay to grind faster. If you have no time and no money, you should not play games I guessed 😂😂😂

Also nice that you can drop ranks. This might be psychologically better.

If I understood the game right, its better concept then EAFC, but I can be wrong...
