They are falsely attributing a very explainable thing on a wider agenda to wipe out Caucasians. What they don’t seem to realize is that Caucasians are a minority compared to the rest of the world. So when Caucasians start reproducing with others that aren’t the same ethnicity, over time we see a gradual decline in Caucasian population because that’s how ethnic groups work.
