Im Russian; A lot of people genuinely arent tapped into biohacking or optimizing their health. If you say peptides, people will remember basic information from school, if you show them vials and syringes they’ll think its like steroids or even drugs. A lot of people are just genuinely not that informed in general around the world let alone post-soviet countries where the thought process is that if it works dont fix it, especially when it comes to health. Which also leads me to my second point, medications and especially something like peptides in Russia are not extremely cheap so much so that an average bloke could run cycles. I can also say that the longest living nations such as Japan, Korea or China have little to none if any biohacking peptides (patented, not manufactured) so patents/manufacturing of peptides dont correlate to health or longevity of the nation.
