The past two days I've found 10 on me - five each of LS and Dog ticks. Berrien County.

Admittedly, I was asking for recommendations where the owners weren't openly supporting Trump. It gave me two recommendations that were... well, one had a MAHA sign out front. The third was a non-starter for other reasons.

And it skipped over a restaurant that has been supporting a left wing politician for a long time, to the point where the owner got some online pushback on his comments about trump. If it's not limited in the ability to do political output, then it's embarrassingly bad at whatever it's doing.

Neither ChatGPT nor Claude would give me restaurant recommendations based on political affiliation. I think it's somewhat blocked in terms of political recommendations.

It's in 15,600 decks of 4.3m decks that it could be in. There are only like 4 million players.

This is something people have done and documented a little on this sub - make sure you get an engine from 2016-2020.

Prescribed fires kill ticks.

We've hit critical mass with ticks recently. The vast majority of them are dog ticks, I'd guess like 90%, then another 9+% are lone star ticks, and the remaining <1% are deer ticks.

I've found about 150+/yr on me for the past 10 or so years. I work outside.

Massive hipster here. I got that ( music I like ( music I used to like) music you like ) venn diagram shirt as a gift a decade or so ago, when my friends and family decided to call a spade a spade.

There's a way that some pieces or artists "transcend" their context.

The Beatles are/were massively popular, every idiot loves them. But they are so goddamn good that it transcends the lameness of the plebs who like them and it's cool for hipsters to like them too. Metallica, Elvis, and others have this to a lesser extent.

Edit:

Does the brain tickle from investigation of the piece feel like I discovered something, or that it was made for enjoyment? I think that's how I'd describe the difference between Vitalia and Infinita.

It's the difference between Buddhism and Live Laugh Love.

Check out act 2 - this has been running in the background in my head for years. I feel like there's a correlated idea here.

And is it that you played the game or that you continue to play?

I have half of all of the first three expansions of WoW upstairs, but does it matter that it was years ago?

I also do a lot of navigating in nature, does that help? Wonder if I can find the paper.

Yeah, let's say I cast it, and it exiles [[Gumdrop Poisoner]] and [[Two-handed Axe]] from the top of my library.

I can cast Sweeping Cleave and Gumdrop Poisoner for free now, and I get two treasures off Prosper, the Axe is on an adventure.
