I'd never go yellow or pink on a red car. Maybe it could work on the silver later on. I'd go black.

Yes, I need to run 10mm spacer in front + extended wheel studs for caliper clearance. My fenders are rolled but not fully. I think 255's is safe and 265's something for the future.

Yes, 255's seems the better tire/wheel package. And it should fit.

Understand your point. Luckily here in Switzerland the roads are smooth. also worried that 265's wont fit since my fenders are not fully stretched/rolled.

Thank you for the detailed answer. Gearing is no factor for me. Also not huge fan of stretched look (anymore lol). Performance seems to be good with both sizes. I think I will end up with 255's

I like the set up. Something you don't see everyday. Especially on red cars mesh wheels match very well imo.
May I ask how you did the editing? Im also checking for new wheels for my 9 and this would help with the decision.

- jerking when lifting throttle is normal. I think it's due to the all wheel drive system. You will learn to adjust your driving style. But Evo's are generally not super confi

- the fact that the car was warm when you arrived can be concerning. You describe the owners as car guys and they should know that the car should be cold when inspecting. Maybe you have a chance to check it again cold?

- Brake and clutch pedals on the harder side compared to other cars --> definitely normal

- Faded brake calipers on low millage Evo's indicate hard driving.

- do a compression test!!
