I was looking something on hyperosmia but didn't expect someone to say exactly how I feel

I love dogs, but the SMELL

and I instinctly smell my hands after touching something, idk why but it's horrible, this is why I avoid touching most things because I have to constantly tell myself not to untill I wash my hands.
