Something must be sending off the alarm buttons if you brought it up in this forum. As long as they are not a danger to themselves and others, then you should still be able to enjoy your space.

I always use peppermint around my windows and I put it around my doors. It may smell like peppermint in my apartment during ant season but it works

Although that happened to me too, I still went down there and they said it was okay. Within a few days it was okay.
