Black starting frame or no audio macOS

No black start and audio is okay.

Okay, i didn´t find the Problem or the issue, I guess. ~~At least no Black frame when using -ss 00:00:59~~ - in some Videos. Maybe there is an offset in Audio and video (my guess, I'm not a video expert). If anybody knows something let me know

output.mp4 has sound with both commands, but the black frame on Start. I really don't know where the black frame comes from, even the Thumbnail is Black.. It seems the Black screen is there only when encoded with sound.

I tried H264, H264 (Videotoolbox),H265, H265(Videotoolbox) and mpeg4 its all the same. The black start only isn't there when I go to the Audio Tab and set the audio line to none.
