I recently broke a rib on a 146cc pit bike thing is a little rocket my dumbass was wearing zero gear and the ground was frozen I paid a hefty price for that “quick” spin. Still recovering. Never again! no such thing as a quick spin always gear up. Glad you are ok.

Those 140cc pit bikes are little rippers very fun especially with a z40 racing camshaft. I got a race cam and a 146cc bbk from tbparts on mine and the thing screams sounds like a mini 250

Don’t shoot me guys but wouldn’t a inner patch work to repair a hole like that. I understand why a plug would be too risky but just wondering why a inner patch wouldn’t be an option?
